Mazzola Law Firm, in collaboration with Dana Kirk of the Kirk Law Firm, recently filed another personal watercraft orifice injury lawsuit against Yamaha Motor Corporation. Suit was filed on February 7, 2019 on behalf of an 18-year-old woman from Savannah, Georgia in connection with an accident that occurred on June 7, 2018.
